By accessing or using the phosphorOS platform and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
phosphorOS provides a cloud-based operating system for nightlife venue management, including but not limited to reservation management, staff scheduling, commission tracking, financial reporting, and marketing tools. The service is provided on a subscription basis as described in your service agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain all rights to the data you input into the phosphorOS platform. We do not claim ownership of your venue data, guest information, financial records, or staff data. We use your data solely to provide and improve our services as described in our Privacy Policy.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all platform services. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We will provide timely updates during any unplanned service disruptions.
Subscription fees are billed in accordance with your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your agreement or required by applicable law.
phosphorOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
