Most venues are fully operational within 2–3 weeks. Complex multi-venue deployments may take 4–6 weeks depending on data migration requirements.
Do you offer training for staff?
Yes. Every deployment includes role-specific training sessions — separate tracks for managers, VIP hosts, bartenders, and finance teams. We train on-site or remotely.
What are your support hours?
Email support is available 7 days a week. Live chat runs Thursday through Sunday, 6 PM to 4 AM local time — when your venue is open and issues matter most.
Can I migrate data from my current tools?
Absolutely. We handle data migration from all major nightlife and hospitality platforms. Our team maps your existing data to phosphorOS modules during onboarding.
What if I need help with the API?
